Wellington College Education Singapore Group and the schools directly under our management are committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability in all our operations.
We maintain a Whistleblower Policy to provide a safe and confidential avenue for employees, parents, contractors and members of the public to raise genuine concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour or breaches of our Code of Conduct.
Scope of Reporting
Reports may include (but are not limited to):
- Fraud, corruption or misuse of funds
- Abuse of authority or conflict of interest
- Breaches of laws or regulations
- Harassment, discrimination or abuse
- Concealment of any of the above
All reports made in good faith will be handled confidentially and investigated fairly.
Protection and Confidentiality
Whistleblowers are protected from any form of retaliation or disadvantage. All reports will be treated in strict confidence and identities will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
How to Report
To help with investigation, include as much as possible:
- Date, time & place of the event
- People involved or witnesses
- Details of the misconduct or incident
- Any evidence (documents, photos, emails, etc.)
- Your relationship or how you learned about it
All reports will be treated with confidentiality and individuals making reports in good faith will be protected from retaliation. Your identity and the content of your report will be treated as confidential, disclosed only to those who need to know in the investigation. We will not reveal your identity without discussing it with you first, unless required by law.
